BOOKING CONDITIONS

Letting is from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00
We regret that we are unable to accept pets
A 30% deposit - minimum £75 - is required if booking more than 10 weeks in advance. If booking less than 10 weeks in advance, full payment is needed.
The total cost of the booking must be paid 10 weeks in advance of the arrival date
Should you cancel, an ABTA scale of charges will apply (please see below for terms and conditions)

REMITTANCE


You will be expected to leave the gite in a clean and tidy condition upon departure. A £100 cash security and cleaning deposit is payable at the time of your final payment and will be refunded within one week of departure if the property is left in the same condition it was found. For la Ferme and Cachette, this is increased to £200. I also understand that the swimming pool, when open, is not supervised and that children must be personally supervised by myself at all times upon entering the pool or pool area. I also understand that no unaccompanied children may enter the pool or pool area.

Important Under French law the client can be held responsible for damage (fire, flood etc) at the property hired. Therefore the hirer should ensure that every person in the party is covered by a comprehensive travel insurance policy. We strongly advise every member of the party to take out full cover for personal belongings, health cover, cancellation, European breakdown cover and ensure their car is ensured on a comprehensive basis in France - check with your car insurers.
