• We have cots, high chairs and play pens available at no extra cost – please advice us when booking • High season – minimum 2 week booking for all but studio gites • All lettings normally run from Saturday to Saturday • There is a 30% holding deposit required at the time of booking and full payment is due 10 weeks before the start of the holiday • A £100 security deposit (£200 for La Ferme and Cachette) is payable at the time of your final payment and will be refunded after you leave the property if it is left in good, clean and tidy condition as found • Occasionally we are able to offer late minute special offers
or short term (eg 3 day) lettings – contact us for details

0018. Our swimming pool has an alarm conforming to French safety regulations
and the pool is declared and the quality and safety of the water is monitored

INSURANCES Under French law the client can be held responsible for damage (fire,
flood etc) at the property hired. Therefore, the hirer should ensure that
every person in the party is covered by a comprehensive travel insurance.
We strongly advise every member of the party takes out full cover for
personal belongings, health care, cancellation, European breakdown cover
and ensure that any cars are insured on a comprehensive basis in France
– check with your car insurers. |
